Раъно является исполнительным директором общественного объединения «Культурно-образовательный центр для девочек: Томирис» в Таджикистане. В детстве Раъно приходилось отстаивать свое право на высшее образование. Позже она поняла, что проблема доступа к образованию для девочек актуальна за пределами ее города и даже страны, и посвятила свою жизнь расширению возможностей для девочек, в том числе для девочек с инвалидностью и живущих в сельской местности. Ее история является частью нашей серии «Женщины Центральной Азии», посвященной Международному женскому дню 2021 года.
